I've used Zerorez twice. Both time you got the job done. This last time it didn't happen the first time you came, but when I called to express my concern you came back out at no additional cost to me. That time the issue was resolved and the spot, which I was told couldn't look any better, actually does look better and I'm very excited about that. You really are committed to 100% satisfaction.
