Really great job cleaning the carpets, and the technician Kaleb was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Had some difficulties getting the appointment scheduled and getting a hold of a customer care contact, but besides that it was all good.

I like the method Zerorez uses to clean; it leaves the whole house smelling great, and the carpet seems to stay cleaner, longer. Their associates are always very friendly and personable and answer and questions I have. I would recommend them highly.
