Our technician, Robbie, was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. My mother wanted her carpets cleaned and also two chairs and a sofa. Robbie explained the cleaning options, the procedure, and cost prior to beginning the cleaning. He asked if mom had any questions and addressed any concerns she had. When finished he left some booties to walk on the damp Carpet and explained the drying times etc. He asked if she had any questions and addressed them pleasantly. It was a great experience! I am certain mom will be a repeat customer.
