- Sam, the technician, was fantastic! He quickly sized up the job, noted all stains, explained the process to remove the stains, and worked hard to achieve positive results.
- I was given a 2 hour time frame of arrival and at the end of the 2 hours, had not heard from the office concerning a slight delay. People would appreciate a quick call of “heads-up” when technicians are delayed, and understanding on the clients part, would be achieved.

The tech was very friendly and professional. He set up guards to protect the corners where the hose would rub and did a great job. The carpet looked great afterwards.

The service tech was outstanding. He was done with 1,100 sqft of carpet to clean in about 45 minutes. He was polite, early, told me what he was going to do, and did it. It was a bit expensive, but there was a lot of value as well. We will be using Zerorez again.
