you always have friendly and professional service technicians. they always do a great job. I love the fact that you use all natural cleaning products. My carpet stays cleaner, longer. Noah was my service tech and I was very pleased and impressed with him. In fact I requested they send him next year also!

This is the 2nd time we used your service and both times are very pleased . Like the way it is done as leaves no mess and not very much moisture left in carpet. Turned fans on and heat up and before 24 hrs could put everything back in place as dried out that good.

Rick was our service person and was very pleasant and professional and did a outstanding job.

Your service tech Greg was awesome. He was prompt, well dressed, extremely polite and he is what I liked best about the service. Yes, the carpet was amazing and he did a great job but as a representative of zerorez you should be proud. Employees like him are a company's greatest asset. Dont put him in an office as his skills in face to face customer service are outstanding.

They were very flexible & fit me in at a busy time. I was at a wedding during their time of cleaning, & they assured me they would not call to disrupt the wedding, & I could call whenever I was available. They emailed me my receipt & when I called the next day to pay it was very quick and easy! Will definitely use this service again!
