We live about an hour away from West Des Moines. I dropped off a Pakistani rug to have it cleaned. We had purchased it in Abu Dhabi and I was anxious to have it cared for and cleaned professionally. They looked it over and gave me an estimate based on it's condition. Within a week the rug was cleaned and ready for me to pick up. And the price was exactly what they estimated.
