Love that Zerorez cleans without the use of chemicals and leave my carpet spotless... Literally. Appreciated being given 2 bottles of enzyme-based spray for free in case any smell came back, which it didn't, because Zerorez is amazing.

The two gentleman that came to clean our carpet were very cordial and courteous and explained every step of the process. I was also very appreciated that with the cold weather that had a device that they put in front of the entry door to reduce the amount of heat loss from the house. i would highly recommend Zerorez to all of my friends!

I've had Zerorez clean my carpets at least 3 times. The first time it came out light & fluffy & I've never in my life had a carpet fluffy after it's been cleaned, so I was very impressed. However, the last 2 times I've had them cleaned, I haven't had the fluffy carpet any more. Is that because they used something on the carpet for pet odors??

Products worked wonderfully on my carpet, had bad rust stains on a long got carpet and was amazed how much it worked on those spots. Noah was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Very hospitable.

Sam, our Zerorez representative was polite and professional. He cautioned us that traffic patterns may not totally disappear then set about pre-treating our carpets and then cleaning them.

Sam worked quickly and efficiently and had three rooms and our upstairs hallway cleaned withing an hour and fifteen minutes.

Sam instructed me to keep furniture off the carpet 12- 24 hours explaining that the carpet is ok to walk on but if wood or steel are placed on the carpet before it is fully dry moisture will bleed finish from the furniture into the carpet.

Sam cleaned up after himself and once he was paid left.

Noah was very professional and personable. He explained the process in a clear and concise manner. He provided great direction on dry time and what we should to assist with drying. Hats off to Noah.

It was so nice not to have the smell you do at times after the carpet is cleaned. The carpet was also not soaking wet. In the a.m. my husband said the carpets feels so soft and fluffy.I discovered that the night of the cleaning. In other cases of having the carpet cleaned it was dry and hard.

We will be using you for our next round of carpet cleaning this spring.
