I thought Harold (i think that was his name, unfortunately i cannot remember, sorry!) did an excellent job! He was very professional and helpful. The carpet was cleaned thoroughly and treated for dog urine which is now gone and cannot be smelled. We are very pleased and will use zerorez in the future.

Nick was so awesome! We were very familiar with the carpet process but were new to the duct cleaning and he was so informative and explained the whole process before he began.
