The technician was very friendly and professional. I was very pleased with the work he did. I was a little disappointed that he wasn't able to clean my couch because his upholstery tool was broken. I would like to reschedule a time for him to come back out and clean the couch.

I liked how clean the carpet looked and felt after it had dried. Using the orange peel in the pretreatment also provided a nice smell to the house.
