I believe both of my services were done very well.

I called Zerorez because I had been disappointed in other carpet care companies in the past. I have a wool carpet that was showing traffic patterns. When I researched Zerorez, it stated that the process uses much less water than other cleaning systems and goes deep to bring up dirt so there will be less traffic patterns. This made sense to me. Brian arrived and he had his work cut out for him. I also had a spot on my white bedroom carpet where an antique desk had been sitting and water was spilled. Brian first discussed the process. He didn’t promise he could solve all my carpet problems, but he did promise to try his best to do so. When he finished, I could hardly believe how nice my carpets looked. The real test, however, was if they would stay clean with some wear and tear. On Easter Sunday I had twelve people at my house. Because it was such a beautiful day, we were in and out of the house. After everyone left, I am happy to report that my carpets looked just as good as the day they were cleaned! I would recommend Zerorez to anyone who wants a clean, chemical free carpet.
