Our technician was excellent! He arrived on time and told us exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. Afterwards he told us when to walk on the carpet, move the furniture and vacuum. The Zerorez main office kept us in the loop about timing and what we needed to do to make everything go smoothly. I will recommend!

I was very pleased with how clean the carpet came in high traffic areas and that it dried quickly. Also liked the fact that the technician didn't tell me I needed other services. Other companies have done this. He just mentioned what was available if I wanted it, but no pressure to do it. I will use Zerorez again and recommend it to my friends.

This is my second time using Zerorez and I’m still thrilled with the service. Very professional, and love that the results don’t end with sopping wet and chemical smelling carpet. It’s expensive, but well worth it!

The young gentleman was personable, answered questions, and was efficient in getting the work done. I feel my carpet is very clean, spots are gone. The cleaning product had a mild pleasant smell which I was ok with. Others might not like it so much. I am pleased with having this company take care of my carpet.

My tech wasn’t as good as the ones I have had previously. Not friendly & I feel like he rushed on the cleaning. In the past they have told me how the carpets cleaned up, he didn’t say a word; told me how much I owed & left. I gave him a $10 tip (not sure why) if he had been friendlier I would have given $15 or $20. Luck of the draw I guess on who as customers we get for the carpet cleaners.
