The process of cleaning was without using any soap. The technician was willing to answer all of out questions with patience, and shared information with us about things we can do to keep our carpet clean. We learned a lot of new information from him!

I usually have Zerorez clean our carpets but called them about cleaning my two couches. After arriving on the designated day and time, I was informed by the tech that he was unable to clean them because the fabric needed to be dry cleaned and Zerorez uses water. I admired their honesty and knowledge about the product. He did end up cleaning my throw pillows for a fee and they turned out nice, clean and smelling fresh.

Always professional and do a great job

I worked with a newer employee, Erik, who did an excellent job explaining the process and reviewing with me that areas I wanted cleaned. He also did a great job with the cleaning itself: careful, and didn't hurry through the process. I've used Zerorez before but I think this, honestly, is somehow even better than before, everything feels really clean, and it dried very quickly.
