Prompt, courteous, professional and friendly people. Nice cleaning, too! Very happy with the nearly no-smell result. 18-24 hrs later carpets felt completely dry with, heh, zero residue and no smell. Got out some big stains, too!
So professional, smiling and on time!! I’ve used Zerorez since they came to Des Moines. I like that they don’t use products that leave a residue. Nice to walk barefoot on fresh clean carpet’s. Always use Zerorez!!!!
