I like that there is no soap residue left in my carpets. They always clean up so beautifully, even the Berber, which is more than 25 years old! The technicians are always careful as they clean, and they do a thorough job. I wouldn't use any other carpet cleaning company!

Our guy was very upfront about what we were getting and we knew exactly how much it was going to cost. He was friendly and a hard worker and didn’t stand around and waste time.
James , the service person was helpful in moving some furniture too heavy for me to move. I also appreciated that the solution you use does not have heavy chemicals but most of the spots were removed. The only drawback was the requirement for me to vacuum the carpets prior to service. I was not aware of that before I made my reservation and commitment.
