Not due to his fault a few stains remain in the lower level carpet. Could you have him come back out to work on the spots in one room only?

JT was very clear about what we could expect with our cleaning before he started. We have older carpet and the high traffic areas are worn. Those spots are still a bit darker than the rest but definitely clean. The tile and grout cleaning looks amazing! Money well spent!
