JT did a great job. He called ahead to let me know he was arriving shortly. He was polite and professional. He explained to me what he was going to do ahead of time. He was careful to protect my home while he cleaned my carpet. When he was done, he explained how to let the treated carpet dry and how long it would take to dry, including how it would dry more quickly if I used a fan, which I did have. He explained I would get a text with an invoice and link for payment. And he explained that if there were any issues with the service that he would come back free of charge. I could not have been more delighted with my service from JT and Zerorez.
