I like the fact when your people get here they come in and look over what I wanted done. Once we are both on the same page, those guys went right to work and didn’t mess around. My carpets looked brand new again and they didn’t feel “crunchy”! This is the second time I’ve used Zerorez and will continue to call them in the future.
