Our representative arrived on time, called as promised before he got here, reviewed our estimated costs and walked through the house with us and we added some items. Augie then reviewed the additional costs with us and we also discussed any trouble areas. He completed the work in an efficient manner and we reviewed work when done. Everything was cleaned up when he left and the only footprints on the cleaned carpets were our own. Nice job. Augie was personable, professional and and an overall knowledgeable employee. He told us if we had any problems after he left to make sure we called.

The only issue I had with zero rez is this rating system. After my first carpet cleaning, I clicked on the image in my email which led me to the submission page but did not click submit. I apparently accidentally clicked the number 1 in the email which financially hurt the service technician, even though I never submitted a review yet. I even went to google and left a 5 star review right when he left (check the time stamp) so there is no reason I would’ve given him a 1. I hope this can be fixed and he can be compensated. The second technician who came made me feel very guilty for the #1 I left which was also avoidable. I’m happy with my service and carpet overall but the drama with this rating system is crazy.

Techs were very professional

The carpet came out sparkling clean. The techs were fast, efficient, and very friendly. We scheduled online, which was very easy. They called when they were 20 minutes out and arrived right on time. And excellent experience overall.

That you dont use shampoo that cause dirt to stick to fibers in rug!
