This was the second time we used Zerorez to clean our vents. We moved in to a home which we were not certain whether or not the vents had been cleaned. So we ordered service. It came to the forefront that the previous owners of our home had cleaned the vents of this home through the years, as the service man (Theo) found little dust and dirt. There was some, but he said he could tell that the vents had been cleaned.
Theo was SUPERB in all aspects of customer service and we were very happy that he was the person chosen to do the work. He gave "top gun" service. He was professional, KIND, PATIENT, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took photos as requested to show us how much dirt, dust, hair, etc was found.
