They smell clean but are not over bearing and they dry very fast with the equipment you use the tech I had Morino was amazing and explained things as he went! I would highly recommend. The customer service from scheduling all the way up to the cleaning was excellent!!

We had Robbie out to clean our carpeted family room and stairs. He was incredibly kind as well as a great technician. The job was started and finished within the original timeframe given. The room and stairs look great. This was our third time hiring Zerorez and it won't be our last!

Knowledgeable person (Brandon D) and the results were really good. Our carpet hasn’t been cleaned for 24 years… Obviously it doesn’t look new but I was pretty amazed at how clean (lots of pet issues) Zerorez was able to get it. Lastly, Brandon was honest up front on which stains he thought he could get out and which ones may be a problem … he was very good.
