Your professional staff and the results

Your carpet cleaning technician David did an excellent job in performing the cleaning. He was very efficient and focused on doing a quality job. He detailed the whole cleaning process and the limitations of the process into removing stains or pet odor. I performed a black light inspection of the carpet before and after the carpet dried, which showed that the cleaning was successful in removing various problem areas. I will use this cleaning process again in the future for my carpet.

Your products really cleaned fantastically! And the carpets dried very quickly....I would certainly recommend your company to my friends and family. The ONLY thing that I wish I was told is that you move nothing around...I had a computer chair/mat that I would have moved if I knew you wouldn't. I moved most chairs and tables off the carpet, but forgot that one. If I would have been told, I would have moved it myself. Also, I have a foosball table that I had put those moving pads on so it could be moved very easily, but it also, was not moved.
