You do what you say you will do. The price quoted was the price charged. The carpets seemed a lot cleaner than they were before. Mostly, the technician was very friendly and professional and did his job quickly and explained everything clearly. I also liked that the equipment used to power the cleaners was not too noisy and did not give off a lot of fumes and exhaust. Thank you!

This was our first time using Zerorez. Our technician AJ, was very professional and knowledgable. The carpets looked, felt, and smelled like brand new when he was done.
