I don't know anyone better than Zerorez. I also don't know any other carpet cleaners. So, you're the top company out of a list of one. I had hoped the carpet would come cleaner than it did. I liked the idea of not using soap, but maybe next time I should try a company that uses soap. Your tech did what he could with the equipment he had available.

We love how clean your products gets our carpets clean and that there's no harsh chemicals used. Also, we love how the carpet isn't left really wet. The way Parker(the carpet guy) cleaned the carpets was amazing and when we walked on it. It didn't leave our feet soaking wet. We have a 3 yr old and our carpets get trashed with who knows what. Parker was very professional and extremely friendly cool guy. Parker was outstanding to our son. Our son followed him around even to his work truck and just keeped talking to Parker like they knew each other for years. He explained to our son what the hoses did and the big water tank, etc. it was very cool!!!! Til this day, our son ask "where is Parker". We will for sure remember to ask for Parker to come clean our carpets again.

As always, Kenny was a real pro, as was the man working with him. Kenny communicates well about what to clean and what might be a problem. They got right to work and did a fine job. I appreciate having Zerorez anytime I need carpets cleaned in my home and rental property.
PS--I told them not to clean a bedroom because it looked like it didn't need it. But once they left and the area next to it was clean, it was obvious I goofed and should have it cleaned too. How can I arrange with you to have them come back and do that bedroom. I'm happy to pay, and also can be flexible and wait until they're in our area in Franktown. I loved that I got my appointment so fast, and that you were able to clean my motorhome!! I did notice that David missed a few creases in the sofa, however. I would use Zerorez again!!! And will recommend to Friends!!
