We were scheduled for an estimate for upholstery cleaning and the technician that came for that stayed and performed the services.The technician was very good at explaining everything and also showed us the progression while he was cleaning the furniture. We have off-white linen furniture with a lot of pet stains and he did an excellent job getting the stains out.

Zerorez is on time, timely, and the final result is exactly as you expect! They are careful with house even though they need to drag a large hose through the house to different rooms. If something doesn't turn out as expected, they explain what has probably happened in the life of the carpet.
