I love that zerorez uses empowered water that does not include soap. It is important to me that residue doesn't get stuck in the carpet fibers. The carpet feels truly clean - not sticky or stiff. It just looks, feels and smells healthier.

I have used you for many years. However, one room (old carpet) didn't come out as well as expected and I am scheduled for a re-cleaning Aug 9. We'll see if it can be made to look a little better.
It's eco friendly and I worked well on all the stains in a 20 year old very light colored carpet. It took out my Pomeranian/chihuahua's pee spots.
