We were able to schedule the service quickly - called on Thursday and had an appointment for Saturday morning. The cleaning specialist, Drew, did a great job! Our couch was very dirty and looks almost like new. Drew also got two stains out of our carpet that we haven't been able to remove. We'll be back in touch the next time we need any upholstery or carpet cleaning. We chose Zerorez because you don't use chemicals and appreciate not having the strong odors that usually come with cleaning carpets. Thanks!
