Everything was very smooth and efficient from making the appointment, getting the call saying you were on the way 30 minutes ahead of the appointment, showing at the scheduled appointment time and the thorough job that was done and the actual price the same as the quoted estimated price (Very nice). Vance was great!!!! The carpet looks fantastic, I love it!!!! We could really see the difference when we opened the coat closet and saw the difference between it and the cleaned carpet. Techs are professional in their dress and manners. Feel like you can trust them in your home. They are detail oriented--protect wood floors, protect corners, wipe up any water, etc.
