Nathan called and asked if he could come earlier than scheduled. I said yes. He arrived and asked which carpets needed to be cleaned and if I knew what the stains were. He also gave me a quote on cleaning 2 microfiber couches( reasonably priced !). He started right away and about 3 hours later was done. My carpets looked as new as the day we moved in. I liked the fact that my house didn't smell like chemicals when the cleaning was complete. I would definitely recommend Zerorez and would have them come back to clean the rest of my carpets.

It freshens up the carpet without being crunchie when you walk on it after it is cleaned. I have used Zerorez in both the Indianapolis and Denver areas and had a great experience both places.

My house had been rented and they were able to see all the urine stains my tenants animals had left in many many places by the use of an ultraviolet light.Everything was explained very clearly by sales associate and the correct estimate was given. Then once the service tech. arrived he went back over everything very clearly and gave me choices that were in lmy best interest in reguads to wether it was cheaper just to replace some carpet rather then a poor outcome treating it. Thought the service man was exceptional.

I had my carpet pre treated, cleaned and special treatment for dog urine. Two of the rooms still smell. Not sure if I will use Zerorez again.
