Our technician was great! He was polite, timely and very informative. I was only planning on having a few rooms done on my main floor and had asked him for a estimate on my carpeting in the basement for a future date. After speaking with him, I decided to go ahead and have the basement done.
The carpeting looks great and I will continue to use Zero Rez in the future.
