Carpets are not soaked and no smell

Rickey was our technician. He called 20 minutes from my house to let me know he was on the way. He was very professional and and explained everything in detail. I would recommend Zerores and will ask for Rickey next time we have our carpet cleaned. First time using this company.

Carpet was pretty dirty and lots of stains I assumed it would need to be torn out which I didn't want to do as the carpet was fairly new your company made it look new again.
