We own rental properties. We tried the Zerorez service soon after it was first available in Colorado. We found it to be the better than any other carpet cleaning service we had ever used.
We also find the Zerorez technicians to be very knowledgeable and willing to work with us on any special needs, i.e. stretching, patching, difficult stains and odors.
Our most recent experience with Zerorez involved all of the above. Terry was the Zerorez technician that handled them for us. He had 13 years experience and was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.
The Zerorez service isn't the cheapest carpet service you can find but in my opinion, it is the best.

Brandon did an excellent job. My carpets look like new. He was diligent with any problem areas and explained everything he was doing.

I'm very happy with your service. The young man that came arrived when scheduled, was very personable, did a Great job and did it quickly. And he did it for the price estimated. He was very careful with my furniture. I was especially pleased that you use no chemicals in the cleaning solution. AND it still got all the spots out of my carpet!
