This is the 3rd time we have used Zerorez , and are always happy with the results, your technician was very friendly and professional . We told him we babysit our 2 small great-grand children and how it is hard to keep them from dropping food and drink on the carpet so for a few dollars more he would spray on a protectent that would make cleanup of stains easier. the whole job only took about an hour for our small front room and small hallway . We will always call Zerorez for our carpet and furniture cleaning .

Kenny was a great technician and did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet. We have two kids and a cat, and keeping the floor clean is not easy—but Kenny at ZeroRez Denver definitely makes it easier!

I've used Zerorez twice now and have been pretty happy. The technician was able to remove some old stains. The only complaint I have on this most recent service was that I had to ask the tech to lift a chair to get underneath it. After he left, I realized that he must not have lifted any of the other chairs or tables as there were none of the little blue styrofoam pieces under the furniture legs. I specifically moved all of the items off of my coffee tables, etc. to make the job easier and would've appreciated had that extra step been taken. I will use your company again and did recommend you to my neighbor, but was disappointed that this did not seem to have been done. I also had plastic sliders under the legs of a sofa, so it would've been relatively easy for him to move. (I had moved it to vacuum prior to him coming)
