Your product does exactly what you say it will do - it cleans my carpets and leaves no residue. Unlike all the other carpet cleaning companies I have used in the past, the residue only allowed my carpets to look clean for a very, very short time - sometimes only 3 or 4 weeks! With Zerorez, my carpets look great (except for the spills, and muddy shoes my old folks won't take off) for about a year!
You also have excellent customer service. The most recent technician, Ryan, was wonderful! He did an amazing job, made sure to communicate with me and worked really hard to be certain I was happy with the job.
I've already recommended you to several of my friends and family, and everyone is pleased with their results.

the cleaning products are excellent and the ability to get out stains is superb. took a LONG time to dry - it's been 24 hours and my stairs are still fairly damp. I realize it's been ridiculously humid for CO, but I am having some difficulty getting them dry because I can't easily get a fan on the stairs.

I appreciated that your serviceman was able to stretch the carpet in a room we thought would be inaccessible for him to do. He did a great job with an old carpet.

Your rug repairman was able to repair two beautiful wool rugs (8 X 10 and 5 X 8) which I have had for 20 years. They were unraveling on the corners. I love them dearly and didn't want to give them up. I didn't know how I could have them cleaned and repaired until I found Zero Rez. They came back looking so beautiful, again, that it made me very emotional to see them so clean and neat again. I'm sure that I could never find new duplicates of these rugs anywhere!

Zero Rez also cleaned 5 of my area rugs which are Persian, Chinese and Belgian. Their colors came back looking vibrant and new again! Your employees even got their fringe looking white again!!

I also had your company do some wall to wall carpet cleaning in my home. I know the carpets are clean though it's very difficult to get out all traces of walking paths in them. I don't think anyone could do so as they are 12 years old--the same age as my house. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied just knowing they are clean!
