Al's GPS got him to a different neighborhood, so it took him on the phone with me giving directions a little longer than was scheduled, and that has happened with deliveries, etc. in this neighborhood over the years.......so, just don't bank on GPS or Mapquest! ha!

I really like the fact that Zerorez uses no chemicals when cleaning my carpets, and instead uses hot water to flush out the staining item(s) from the carpet and sucks up the wet debris, leaving my carpet completely free of the original stain. By avoiding using unnecessary "cleaning products" other companies insist be used, there is no remaining product on my carpet to attract and hold onto new, daily dust and dirt. The gentleman who came out to clean my carpet was very polite, listened to my needs and concerns re: my new carpets and the warranty requirements, explained what he would do very clearly, and removed all evidence of the stains! I will certainly use them in the future for my carpet cleaning needs! They're awesome!
