Carpet is almost dry when they are done. Zack is always friendly, and professional. I only wished all the additional services were not so expensive. I thought I was going to get three areas done for 237.00 and it cost me 240.00 plus tip for protection.

Zerorez got out what another large company couldn't! I had my carpets steamed twice by oen company claiming to be one of the best after tenants left it filthy and full of pet urine spots. There was still a large area of obvious ground in dirt and pet spots still fluoresced everywhere even after two cleanings. I did not feel like I could show my property with the carpets in that condition.
Zerorez came in and in one cleaning got my carpets looking new again! This will definitely be my go to company for my personal home and my rentals from now on!
