Ryan was very professional, kind, and explained everything he was doing and why. He spent a lot of time trying to get rid of the cat urine our basement. Once the carpet dried, there was still a mild scent of urine so we called Zerores and they sent another tech out the next day at no charge. He, (Alex?) spent about 45 minutes doing whatever they do and now there are no more stains or cat urine smell.
I would definitely recommend Zerores!
