Great communication from Jordan! I was not able to be there when he arrived so Jordan called after he assessed the floors. I felt assured of his knowledge and experience as he was explaining what he saw and how we should proceed. The carpets looked great and any stains were removed. No terrible crunchiness feel after they dried!! Much better than the normal soak n suck that other carpet cleaners do. I will use Zerorez in the future.
