Our service technician, Ryan, was very friendly and efficient and did a great job on our carpet. As promised, the carpet was dry 5 hours after the cleaning was completed. Ryan was able to get out several stains we had been unable to remove via store bought carpet cleaners. We have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past but Zerorez will now be our go-to company for all our future carpet cleaning.
