Great service and best of all CLEAN CARPETS

The team was very professional and quick. The carpets looked great when they left. We have used zerorez for a number of years and was always satisfied with the service. The time before this last cleaning was not good and I debated about coming back, but when I made the reservation for the carpet cleaning I was told that if I am ever not satisfied to call them back. I am feeling a lot more confident now. The other thing different from other carpet cleaners is the quickness that the carpet dries. I really love the protection they put on the carpet as I have already had an accident on the carpet that would have soaked in and been a real mess.

This was the second time I used Zerorez to clean my carpet. The first time I schedule carpet cleaning online. The first I heard about the company was on the Radio (KYGO). I needed not only the carpet cleaned but I needed, in addition, an area to be stretched. I was given the name of "Nip and Tuck". This Company was also great. This was the second time I scheduled carpet cleaning, additionally included bath floor tile to be deep cleaned. Stephen my service tech was very professional and personable. In addition I recommended Zerorez to a friend who did schedule and had all of her carpet cleaned and was very thrilled with tech and product and service. In addition the cost for this service was very reasonable. Stephen was very clean, wore booties and made sure hardwood was not left with water sitting on it. I really appreciated him and as I said he was very personable...I highly recommend Zerorez
