Greatly appreciated… we had a bit of an “Emergency” and Zerorez fit us in to have a tech come out same day. They had to move schedules around for their techs/drivers. I have had Zerorez clean my carpets many times. While the quality of the work was great, this time the price I paid was much higher than in the past. I have never been charged double for my family room. The technician insisted that it was considered oversize and charged me for two rooms. the room is filled with an oversize couch and furniture so the actual area cleaned is equivalent to s normal room. Also, the price charged to clean an area rug was double what it has been in the past. Overall, the cleaning cost $200 more than expected.

Sustainability

The technician did exactly what we'd asked and was very professional. There were a few spots on the carpet that we forgot to mention and he did not ask if he should pay special attention to them, but we also forgot to mention them.

The gentlemen servicing our carpet was beyond friendly, on time, and very helpful in telling us what our carpets needed. We were very pleased with the service!

Timely, professional and friendly technician. Explained the reason for any add on treatments. Many dog stains were completely removed and carpet looks like new. He also gave helpful suggestions on how to handle any stains that occur between cleanings.
