I have used Zerorez in the past and have always been pleased with their cleaning methods and their technicians. I love the fact that Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals and they do not soak the carpet while cleaning. You can walk on the carpet immediately following treatment with socks on and the socks stay dry. The technicians have always been prompt, friendly, informative and take the time to address all of your concerns. I highly recommend Zerorez.
