The service representative who came to my home arrived on time. He was courteous and he did the best possible job. Even though it was a rainy day, there was no mess from outside. There is still a lingering odor of dog urine, but it's less than it was. The carpet looks so much better.

I put in a request to have my recliner and sofa shampooed and that is what the technician did. He asked if I need to carpet done but I didn't have it ready to be shampooed.
