Zach the Tech called prior to his arrival and upon arrival did a thorough inspection of the carpet and pointed put any trouble spots. He was very professional, knowledgable and courteous.He worked very efficiently and was very careful when working around the woodwork and drywall corners as not to cause any damage. Highly recommend him if you want to request a tech. I have used Zerorez a few times before and they are now my go to carpet cleaning company!
