Pleasant technician and good job.

Today we had duct cleaning by Zero Rez for the first time. Everything went great, just like when we have our carpets done with you.

I hired Zerorez to clean the carpets at a home I was listing for sale. Patterned carpet, with some wear patterns. The tech (Nate? I am so sorry I'm not sure of his name now) but Nate was amazing. Promptly on time (a bit early - he got stuck waiting for me!) he was very professional, very personable, and did excellent work. The carpets look like new and he was in and out in no time. Very pleased with him, and the results.
