The technician, Ron called to let me know how soon he would arrive. When he arrived, introduction was made. We did a walk through, he explained process he would use to remove stains. Ron updated me as he worked thru the house, letting me know if stain could not be removed. Ron was courteous, was efficient, did an excellent job. Ron is an employee that hopefully is valued.

Process is clean and long lasting. No stain reappearance.

The service technician did a really good job getting the carpet clean. It hadn’t been cleaned for awhile because I had two very messy teens living here for awhile and they had gotten the carpet pretty dirty. Also have an older dog that’s having trouble controlling his biological systems.
So the technician and the Zerorez system were up against a formidable task. They both did a great job.
