My husband and I just purchased a house and wanted to have the white carpets cleaned before we moved in. There were MANY stains and around ~900 sq ft of white carpet to clean. Zerorez did a great job sending Brian as the technician. It was a big job and Brian did GREAT!

The process was good...very polite employee..only issue was additional charge for the protection spray was almost as much as the cleaning...does not seem quite right....also extended dry time....was still fairly damp at 9:00 PM
