This rating is only applicable if Jeremy is the technician. I have used Zerorez many times over many years and have never had the quality of service and professionalism presented by Jeremy. Jeremy is a credit to this company and he will be the only technician from Zerorez that I want cleaning my carpets.

Huge shout out to the tech! He was super friendly, and adjusted the invoice according to the actual work, I felt like he was honest and that was nice. No upselling, just came in, did his work, and had a great attitude about it. I had a video call that he took into consideration when doing his work and cleaned around it. Really accommodating.
