Did a good job on the spot which was rather large. However, it cost me an extra $72 which was a surprise. Ok, in view of how it turned out. There is a certain element of upsale during the visit - which I was prepared for. Overall, the visi turned out well and I was pleased with the results.

Brian inspected the areas we wanted cleaned, and he made some very good suggestions. He did a good job cleaning rooms on all three floors of our house.

So clean and safe

We are very happy with the service we got from Ryan and the products he used. He was able to remove pet stains that were in the carpet for two years!! So very happy that the carpet looks nice and clean.

I think the technician did great with the clean. The fact he was starting and I get a call from an office person indicating I need to pay or he will leave. If you want payment before get it before. I am a repeat client and always pay. I did not have my card on me at that time and had to get it taken care of.

I don't like the threat of "the tech is going to leave" I scheduled it, I will pay for it.

Nice technician. Thanks, Jeremy! He was polite and understood my needs. He recognized the pet spots I had and made sure he treated the carpet and spent some extra time on the particular spots I pointed out to him. The carpet looks great and dried in less than 24 hours. And, I like that there are limited soaps to leave a residue behind.

However on cold days, I'd recommend that you place some sort of cover over the gap in the door so that it limits the cold air entering the house
