Our service technician, Ryan, was very friendly and efficient and did a great job on our carpet. As promised, the carpet was dry 5 hours after the cleaning was completed. Ryan was able to get out several stains we had been unable to remove via store bought carpet cleaners. We have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past but Zerorez will now be our go-to company for all our future carpet cleaning.

Excellent staff, friendly, and transparent. Only thing I wish was added as part of the service would be carpet coloring options to address stains that cannot be cleaned out even with deep treatment.

We have used ZeroRez for years...decades even! This time I knew our elderly dog had had some accidents before she passed away, and the black light pinpointed the problem.spots. They were pretreatment, cleaned...and my were looks (and smells) like NEW!
