My technician, Noah, was so polite and explained everything about the process before he began. He even helped move a couple items with me before we got started. Ben, the technician, called to ask if he could come early and we said absolutely, yes. He was very professional and did a wonderful job. The upholstery looks great. He applied a protectant as we requested but I noticed that there was a lot of overspray onto our wood floors which I had to clean up afterwards. That was the only negative. Otherwise, we would definitely use Zerorez again.
