The customer service person I originally spoke to was excellent and very caring. She described the process thoroughly and was able to get me scheduled for a cleaning the next day. The technicians who arrived were friendly and professional. They described the process thoroughly and answered all my questions. The whole process took less than an hour and they did an excellent job with my mattress. They were even able to get out a stubborn stain that was caused during a recent move!

I would recommend you to others but I would warn them about your hidden fees.

I like that the product does not leave an odor. There is a slight orange smelling odor while the cleaning is being done that goes away quickly. Employee was very nice and professional.

The technician, Zack, was very professional, capable and friendly. He was efficient and
thorough.
I had used another carpet cleaner for many years but was not able to contact them. I
don't know if they went out of business. I had received a Jefferson County booklet on
5 star home services and Zerorez was the only carpet cleaner listed. I did remember
hearing advertising about Zerorez years ago.
I am happy to have a new carpet cleaner!

We had a small problem with our first cleaning and zerorez more than happy too come back and correct the minor problem. also, the tech was great.

Wearing booties to protect our carpet before and after cleaning. Suggesting a small tip at check-out was not expected for an already high price and was off-putting. Otherwise, carpets look great! Name removed
