What I really like is the machine you use before you start the cleaning process that gets down in the carpet to get all the dirt and grime out, because my carpet stays and looks clean for a long time afterwards. I love it!!❤️

It had nothing to do with the products. It was all Derek. He was what you want out of customer service. He was awesome! He did everything and beyond my expectations on how to treat people or customers. Great guy!!

They seem to be honest and do good work. The technician was thorough and explained everything. There was a slight scheduling issue but they resolved it quickly. They arrived in time (actually a few minutes early). We had only 2 small areas of carpet we had cleaned and it took leas than an hour.

Cecil and his partner were excellent! On time, very professional, very attentive, and VERY polite! I would recommend ZeroRez to anyone. They did a great job (master bath shower tile surround & tile floor were cleaned and sealed). The pricing was transparent, and they cleaned up as if they were never there. The carpets look great and I will definitely use Zerorez again. They were on time and explained the exact procedure. We were able to walk on the carpets in about an hour and drying time was much less than other cleaners we have used. I would highly recommend.
