We were very impressed with how clean the carpets turned out but even more so with the tile. We were just moving into the condo and wanted it cleaned first. The tiles were a dark brown color, or at least we thought they were supposed to be. Once zerorez came out and cleaned them, they were almost white. We were very impressed

Several things: First, there is no other product or service that gets my carpets as clean. Second, the fact that no soap is used and the spots don't come back.

My technician was very knowledgeable (because he had worked for other carpet cleaners and I really appreciated his guidance. He was so pro-zerorez that he could have been one of the owners - espousing all the good things and why zerorez was the right way to go.

Ryan was very knowledgeable about carpets; very polite and thorough. I will request him again. He took the time necessary to do the best job he could on my very pet-stained carpet. It was gross and now it's beautiful and I don't cringe everytime I walk in the room.
