The carpet looked very good considering it is an older carpet. I wish the men would have cleaned the entry way tile after they dripped water across it. This was a move out situation and I had the cleaning people in before the carpet cleaners and they had scrubbed the entry way prior to carpet cleaning.

Our carpet is 10 yrs old, we live in the country w/ plenty of mud, dust, grime etc. The carpets came out very nice!! Clean, not crusty feeling and the added bonus was the house smells better! Very efficient and professional technicians - definitely will use you again. Thanks

So far some tough spots were removed from our light colored carpet. Waiting to be sure they do not re-surface. If they don't these products are great.

The process does not soak the carpets. I have no problem with rugs stretching due to soaking them. There is no residue.

Zerorez thorougly cleaned my very dirty high traffic areas without chemicals. The service reps were very professional and extremely polite. I truely felt they cared about my needs and satisfaction. They actually get the job done.... stains that are actually removed (sometimes with 'deep cleaning') actually stay gone. Who else could completely get out huge honey stains left when my dogs got into a whole quart of honey?

I liked the professionalism of the staff from the beginning to the end. Janelle handled our appointment and Josh performed an excellent service. Josh called ahead twice; once to confirm our appointment and once to let us know he would be at our home in 30 minutes. Josh's appearance was very professional and he was very polite. Our carpet looks GREAT! Even our high traffic area and stairs, which take a beating, look fabulous. We are very pleased with the job Josh did on our carpet. It actually looks like new again!
