Stain remover product that I bought. It works well. Also, your technician made a special trip to get it to me because I had a dog stain withint a week. The technician cleaned it for me when he came. I was very impressed. Great customer service!

I liked how it didn't "smell" wet! It smelled fresh and clean. And so far all of my stains I was worried about have not resurfaced AND my carpet almost looks better then the day I had it installed (approx 5 years ago).

We had cat oder in our carpet and the tech was able to get it out. Also, our carpets were brought back to life. We thought we would need to replace some of our carpet in the next 6 months. Now, we won't need to go through that for a long time.

Considering my carpet needs replacing and is not in the greatest of shape it looked pretty good after the cleaning and pet stain and deodorizing treatment. I like the fact that the technician took the time to explain patiently the results and costs and talked to my husband over the phone first to explain. Even if he may have been frustrated as he probably gets alot of questions from people he never showed frustration but was polite and knowledgeable in his explanations and product information and results.

The carpet looks new!! And there is no crunchy residue, it is soft and nice to walk on.

Never has any carpet cleaning company ever cleaned my carpets without the spots returning. You can watch the change in the carpet becoming clean and it stays clean. No return dirty spots! I have had your company come out 4 times and I will NEVER use anyone else. All the associates have been kind, very helpful, and do the best work. I have told many friends to use only Zerorez. Dried fast, as advertised. Now we wait to see how it holds up. I will need the crew to come back and re-do one small srip on one of the carpets that appears to have been missed. Not necessarily their fault, as it was a pretty dirty rug and they did a very nice job. I think a piece of it just got missed.

Every person I have had clean my carpets in the last year has been not only been knowledgeable about the products used, they take their time making sure the job is done right. They also fully explain the best options for any spot treatments I need. Not to mention every young man has been extremely polite and nice to myself, my pets and my roommates. I will always use zerorez for my carpet cleaning job.

I have had my carpet cleaned two times by the Denver zerorez company and both times they have done an outstanding job. We were talking about how we were going to have to get the carpet replaced in our home and we tried the carpet cleaning to see if it would just make it bearable for a while until we could afford to get it replaced and when I saw how amazing it looked after their cleaning job we no longer need to have it replaced, we just get it cleaned by zerorez whenever it gets too dirty.

I also recently had them clean my air ducts. I was a bit skeptical as I had never had this service done before but the air quality seems better and I am amazed by how much better our air conditioning is working!

The quality of service from this company is very impressive. I recommend them to all of my friends.
